Jacqueline Way
Every life is a series
of stories.
Let’s start at the beginning.
Who is Jacqueline Way
I am a Mom.
I gave a TEDx talk on happiness that stirred unexpected controversy because of one simple line.
“I have what some consider one of the toughest jobs on the planet. I am a mom.”
The talk has reached millions of people around the world for a simple reason. I was answering one of the most searched questions on Google without knowing it.
How do be happy every day?
I was able to answer that questions with clarity, experience, expertise and lived researched both personally and professionally. What stayed with was the conversation that followed in the comments. It seems “being a Mother is an easy job and I shouldn’t take it so seriously.”
To me, being a mother has meant something very different. It means I hold the most underrated PhD in the world on Human development.
My research on understanding human development started the day I brought my
first son home. Not in a university lab, but in the most complex human system imaginable.
Raising human beings.
And that was just the beginning. I am the adoptive mother of three incredible boys. Becoming their mother changed the direction of my life. It sent me on a relentless search to understand what makes humans thrive.
Over the past two decades I have studied human development, neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and the patterns that shape how we think, connect, and grow.
I discovered something surprisingly simple. We are so much more alike than we are different.
We carry not 1 but 4 human intelligences that shape how we live, work, feel and perceive the world. We have a inner operating system that we can learn to use that will enhances our clarity, creativity, resilience, and connection to ourselves and the world around us.
I call it The Human Code.
And in a world increasingly shaped by artificial intelligence, understanding our own human intelligences has never mattered more.
This is the work I do. Guiding people to learn. connect and activate with their inner technology that AI can never replace.
I’m glad you’re here. I look forward to working together.
With Love,
“A reminder: it was human intelligence that created artificial intelligence.”
