Meet Jacqueline Way.
Human Intelligence Consultant Founder of The ReWiring Method™
Not just teaching it. Living it.
It’s tempting to fill this page with accomplishments and accolades like a perfectly formulated LinkedIn profile. But what truly matters is not just our credentials or list of achievements. What I bring to the table is the sum of all my learning and a life lived.
Ask me what life has taught me the most.
Ask me what I’m most proud of.
Ask me about the experiences that taught me the most and allowed me to grow.
Ask me about the hardest days of my life and how I climbed out.
Ask me what gets me out of bed at 4 am every day.
(hint: it wasn’t my formal education).
When we honestly answer these questions, we begin to understand the true, human value a person brings to the table. Our expertise and wisdom are not theoretical; they are built through every experience, every relationship, every moment of failure and every moment of learning.
Like many, I have lived the modern story of success: busy, productive, constantly striving, yet wondering where the time and energy have gone. There were years when I was so focused on “doing” that I forgot to experience my own life as it unfolded.
That realization became my wake-up call and my mission. I began to study, experiment, and work alongside leading experts in neuroscience, positive psychology, and behavior change. I started to apply everything I learned in real time to my own life and the lives of others.
This is what gets me up every morning at 4 am; to helping people stay deeply connected to their lives and to the most powerful uncopied intelligence on the planet - their own.
PS. Just a reminder: it was human intelligence that created artificial intelligence.
“People don’t buy what you do; they buy why you do it.”
—Simon Sinek
My why is clear.
The future belongs to the humans who remember how to be human:
The ones who use technology to enhance life, not escape it.
The ones who measure success by meaning, connection, and wellbeing not just speed or output.
Every talk, masterclass, and consulting project I lead begins with one purpose: To help people master their Human Code - the inner architecture that allows us to adapt, create, connect, and thrive in a changing world.
My Vision is Simple
To help people reconnect with what makes them human and remind the world that intelligence isn’t just artificial.
It is the best of every human being.
My TEDx talk on happiness and the power of giving reveals one of the key expressions of human intelligence and has inspired millions (over 8 million today) around the world to live with more purpose and compassion.
As the founder of Canadian charlty 365give, I built a global movement that helps people increase their well-being through small, daily practices that transform their lives and impact the world around them. .
I have collaborated with Fortune 500 companies and global partners to align purpose, impact, and human potential.
The Human Impact Theory Podcast, which began in 2024, explores how small, conscious shifts create extraordinary change with global experts.
For more than two decades, I’ve been helping people and organizations rewire how they live, lead, and connect.
I created The ReWiring Method™ to guide individuals and teams to understand their own Human Code and build the mental and emotional fitness needed to thrive in a world of accelerating change.
