It’s time to create a life you love

Have you ever asked yourself these questions?
You’re not alone.

The moments we remember most are the moments we felt most alive.

I don’t want you to miss your life.

For years, I thought I would love my life when….

All the dreams I had cut and pasted onto my vision board came true.

The love of my life. The house. The kids. The job. The travel. The body.‍ ‍

I was sure with just enough mantras, candle ceremonies, journal entries, trips to the gym and tracking my calories I would have the life I had been waiting for. Don’t get me wrong much of it - almost of all it came true. There were times it felt like I had it all.

I actually thought motherhood was the golden ticket. As an adoptive Mom I felt like a literally dreamed my first son into my reality. It was magical for the first 6 months.

Then life became what life often becomes. Everyone needed something from me.

Somewhere along the way, I stopped showing up for myself. I wasn't unhappy. I was just going through the motions on repeat. I felt disconnected from my self and the world around me. I need more. I wanted more. I wanted something that made me feel alive again.

Then one day I started a simple project with my three-year-old son, Nic.

One small act of giving. Every day. We committed to 365 days. I literally called it 365give.

What began as a way to teach my son compassion and kindness became a practice that transformed my life. Day by day, I started noticing more gratitude. More connection. More love. I didn’ tknwo it at the time but giving is love in action. I was practicing love every day.

More than 5,000 days later, I've come to understand something simple but profound: we become what we practice. If you want a life you love you need to practice more love.

I now apply what I learned to every aspect of my life and I guide others to reconnect with themselves and what matters most. A life they genuinely love, just one practice at a time.
